Terms and Conditions of Use
ONE-PPM, along with its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides the information and services on its World Wide Web site(s) (the "Site") under the following terms and conditions. By accessing and/or using the Site, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Access to and use of this Site are subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations. User agrees not to use the Site in any way which violates such laws or regulations.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS. The information available on or through this Site is the property of ONE-PPM, or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works or otherwise use any information available on or through this Site for commercial or public purposes. Users may not use the trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") for any purpose including, but not limited to use as "hot links" or meta tags in other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of ONE-PPM or such third party that may own the Mark. TAMPERING. User agrees not to modify, move, add to, delete or otherwise tamper with the information contained in ONE-PPM’s Web site. User also agrees not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or unlawfully use or reproduce any of the software, copyrighted or trademarked material, trade secrets, or other proprietary information contained in the Site.

THIRD PARTY INFORMATION. Although ONE-PPM monitors the information on the Site, some of the information is supplied by independent third parties. While ONE-PPM makes every effort to insure the accuracy of all information on the Site, ONE-PPM makes no warranty as to the accuracy of any such information.

The links are only provided as a convenience and ONE-PPM does not endorse any of these sites. PRIVACY. Protecting the privacy of our clients and users of our Sites is important to ONE-PPM. The ONE-PPM Web Site Privacy Statement describes how we use and protect information you provide to us.

SECURITY. Data transmitted to and from ONE-PPM client Sites is encrypted for the user's protection. However, the security of information transmitted through the Internet can never be guaranteed. ONE-PPM is not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the Internet or for changes to or losses of data. User is responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user ID, or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected or secure areas of ONE-PPM sites. In order to protect you and your data, ONE-PPM may suspend your use of a client site, without notice, pending an investigation, if any breach of security is suspected.

TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA. User acknowledges and agrees that by providing ONE-PPM with any personal information through the Site, User consents to the transmission of such personal user information over international borders as necessary for processing in accordance with ONE-PPM's standard business practices and the ONE-PPM Web Site Privacy Statement.

ACCESS TO PASSWORD PROTECTED/SECURE AREAS. Access to and use of password protected and/or secure area of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized access to such areas is prohibited and may lead to criminal prosecution.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws without regard to conflicts of law principles. User agrees that any and all proceedings relating to this site and the subject matter contained herein shall be maintained in the courts of Ontario or the federal district courts sitting in Ontario, which courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for such purpose.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
ONE-PPM believes that privacy is important to the success and use of the Internet. This statement sets forth ONE-PPM’s Privacy Statement for www.one-ppm.com and describes the practices that ONE-PPM will follow with respect to the privacy of users of this site. From time to time, we may change this Privacy Statement. For example, as we update and improve our service, new features may require modifications to the Privacy Statement. Accordingly, please check back periodically.

WHAT IS PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION? "Personally identifiable information" is information about you, such as name, address, e-mail address, user ID, credit card number, social security number, and so on.

HOW IS INFORMATION COLLECTED, USED AND DISCLOSED? We do not collect personal information -- including your e-mail address -- unless we first ask you for it. If you have voluntarily provided information, you consented to the collection and use of your personally identifiable information as described in this Privacy Statement. If, in connection with your use of a particular service, we ask to use your data in a way not described in this Privacy Statement and you do not wish to permit that use, you can choose not to use the particular service. If you have voluntarily provided personally identifiable information, we may, from time to time, send you mail or e-mail regarding products and services. If you do not want to receive such offers and mailings, you can easily indicate that by checking the appropriate box on the submission form.

HOW CAN YOU CORRECT, ACCESS, AND UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION? You may view and edit your personally identifiable information at any time by contacting us using the link provided on the web site.

HOW CAN YOU PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION? We exercise great care to protect your personally identifiable information. This includes, among other things, using industry standard techniques such as firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection and site monitoring. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us. HOW CAN YOU HELP PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION? If you are using ONE-PPM web site for which you registered and chose a password, we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone.
