QSanywhere is an online software for creating quantity estimates, cost estimates and price estimates for multi-disciplinary projects. QSanywhere lets you create your own parameters and thus you can use QSanywhere for any type of estimates that use the parameters that you have created. QSanywhere is designed to be used in any sector or industry and can be easily used for software development, building construction or minor home renovations.
QSanywhere is a project supported by ONE-PPM, Toronto, Canada and developed with the help of various professionals in the industry and academics from various sectors and countries. The first version was launched in 2010. Since then many upgrades have been done based on comments and feedback from customers. These upgrades were done on our severs and becasue QSanywhere is an online tool, our customers did not have to download and install any service packs. Customers also do not have to worry about the versions of their files and data, as our team manages the migrations and conversions seamlessly without any trouble to our customers. |

Anyone can use QSanywhere for free for 15 days by registering online and by creating a username and a password. Information you provide is saved and not published or sold for marketing. The Trial period of 15 days has some limitations, but provides a complete view of all the possibilities. If you want to keep using QSanywhere after 15 days you have to purchase the license with a minimal fee for a year. Full Registration provides access to all the features of QSanywhere and various report creation tools. Students are provided a 3 month free subscription, if they send a scanned PDF file of signed and stamped recommendation from their head of departments. A single letter from the Head of Department for more than one students is also acceptable.
Once you are connected to QSanywhere, no other person can use the software using your username. This restricts the possibility of data being changed without you knowing about it. |

| METHODOLOGY | ||

QSanywhere lets you create your own lists of units, addons, clients, projects, resources and currencies. It also lets you create upto 5 sets of WBS and associated activities/ items. These lists are then used to create quantity estimates, cost estimates and price estimates, on our servers. All the information is stored on the allocated space for registered users on our servers and thus this information is available to you and can be accessed where ever you are in the world. You can also download your work and save the file on your own computer or server. Various downloadable formats are provided. The downloads also depend on the platform you are using and the software you have on your computer. Various tools are provided to prepare resource reports, budgets, lists and actual vs budget reports. Actual vs Budgeted reports can be prepared for quantities, costs and durations. You can also post the estimate on your webspace and send links to your team members for viewing and feedback. Every posted estimate has a feedback form where comments and suggestions can be provided by your team members. We believe that estimating is serious business, and multiple reviews are normally required before finalising an estimate. |
